Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a care team
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
• Physical stamina to assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
