Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children and families
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support the healthcare team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Build trusting relationships with patients and their families during their stay

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience as a CNA in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to make a difference

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Team player who collaborates well with nurses and other healthcare professionals
