Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and aftercare
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license or compact license (Tennessee or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS preferred depending on unit
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively in a team
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-pressure situations
