Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy, alerting nursing staff to any changes
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, hygienic environment and uphold infection control standards
• Offer emotional support and companionship, creating a caring atmosphere
• Document care provided clearly and collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• No prior experience required - new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Sound knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
