Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Help with mobility and transferring patients safely
• Document patient information and communicate updates to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work a per diem schedule reliably
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Great communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to respond calmly and compassionately in various situations
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
