Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and common areas
• Document care provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Caring, compassionate attitude with strong communication skills
• Must provide government-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience and empathy when working with residents
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and medical terminology
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Effective teamwork and problem-solving skills
