Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfer needs with proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid government-issued ID (required for registry personnel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work night shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to use medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Empathy and active listening
• Teamwork and collaboration
