Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately in patient records
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Ability to stand, lift, and move patients as needed
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but new grads welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
