Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, closely monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing care standards and best practices
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults
