Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and document vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals and monitor their nutrition and hydration
• Work closely with the care team to deliver personalized, respectful care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A heart for serving others and making a difference
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing resident needs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic resident care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document care accurately and promptly
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy rights
• Teamwork, empathy, and patience in every interaction
