Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents' mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in condition to nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass background checks and provide identification per registry requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
• Basic computer/EHR documentation skills
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Team collaboration and ability to follow care plans
