Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents with activities of daily living
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with colleagues

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by the facility
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and caregivers
• Good time management and attention to detail
