Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent falls and pressure injuries
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care and safety protocols
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident rights
• Empathy and patience in daily care interactions
