Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident quality of life
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and safety

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
Reliable transportation and flexibility for weekend shifts

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Compassionate bedside manner
Attention to detail in documentation
