Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Engage residents in social activities and promote a positive, supportive environment
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in Vermont or New Hampshire (or compact state)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
• Previous experience as a nursing assistant is a plus
• Ability to work every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Empathy and patience when working with patients
• Basic computer skills for documentation
