Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings to ensure personalized care plans
• Take and process dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in dental hygiene procedures and patient care
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Excellent patient education and counseling abilities
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
