Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings and assess oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in dental hygiene practice (preferred but not required)
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Understanding of dental radiography
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Proficiency in dental software for charting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
