Roles & Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents to enhance their functional independence
Collaborate closely with licensed Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
Complete accurate documentation in Net Health per facility standards

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in California
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but mentorship available for those with 0-1 year of experience
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

Documentation and time-management expertise
Rehabilitation therapy principles and practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced SNF setting
