Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). ✅ Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. ✅ Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. ✅ Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. ✅ Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. ✅ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
