Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, same schedule week to week with one weeknight call per week (end of shift until 7:00 AM next morning) and three 24-hour weekend call shifts per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently scrub cranial procedures and provide expert support during neuro-trauma cases
• Assist with orthopedic trauma and total joint procedures using advanced robotic systems
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields while ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced OR environment
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to deliver exceptional surgical care
• Handle general OR cases across multiple specialties including urology, ENT, and orthopedics

Qualifications

• Current CST certification preferred with proven ability to scrub independently
• Strong experience in cranial procedures and neuro-trauma call coverage
• Orthopedic trauma and total joint experience required along with general OR background
• BLS certification required and willingness to work in a Level II trauma setting
• Flexibility to work 8-hour or 10-hour shifts with call responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert scrubbing skills for cranial and complex neuro procedures
• Proficiency with DaVinci robotics, Mako, Stealth, and Scopis systems
• Strong understanding of orthopedic trauma and total joint protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Commitment to patient safety and clear communication with the surgical team
