Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Deliver therapy sessions in both outpatient and occasional acute inpatient settings
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic treatments
Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and rehab aides
Document patient progress and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Ability to work with patients across the lifespan in outpatient settings

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental assessments
Outpatient therapy best practices
Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Flexibility to occasionally assist with acute inpatient needs
