Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to provide comprehensive patient care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and track patient progress with attention to detail
Support patients recovering from fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation needs

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating general orthopedic and neurological conditions
Comfortable managing wound care and post-surgical patients
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Able to adapt quickly to a mixed inpatient/outpatient workflow
Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
