Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voices and communication skills through personalized therapy
Develop and implement innovative treatment plans that make real differences in daily lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders with expertise and compassion
Track progress and celebrate milestones with patients and families

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience working with diverse patient populations
BLS certification
Passionate about helping others find their voice

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification or eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech and language disorders
Skilled in swallowing assessments and therapy
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family engagement
Proficiency with therapy tools and documentation
Adaptable to various clinical settings
