Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations to identify patient needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their communication goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to ensure holistic care
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by adhering to infection control and facility policies

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Experience in patient evaluation and treatment planning preferred

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Effective interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
• Clinical problem-solving to adapt therapy to each patient's unique needs
