Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with a dynamic rehab team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy in a skilled nursing facility
• Complete thorough patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence
• Provide daily therapeutic treatments focused on rehab-to-home success
• Plan and coordinate safe, timely discharges for a high-rehab population
• Document patient progress accurately while meeting productivity expectations

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one)
• 1-3+ years of occupational therapy experience
• Prior SNF experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Ability to maintain a 90% productivity standard
• A passion for helping patients regain their independence
