Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Shift 2 (evening), 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend commitment
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
- Support residents' emotional well-being with dignity and respect
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont and/or New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification
- Must have reliable transportation (public transit is very limited in the area)
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine or documented medical/religious exemption
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Ability to commit to a 9-week local contract assignment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment
