Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with procedures and patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatory rooms
• Take and mount dental x-rays
• Support patients through their orthodontic treatment journey
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Experience as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic instruments and techniques
• Dental radiography and safety
• Patient communication and education
• Attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with dental software (Denticon)
