Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, then develop personalized treatment plans that improve their daily lives.
- Create and update individualized treatment and discharge plans, ensuring each patient gets the right care at the right time.
- Keep meticulous documentation to meet regulatory and facility standards, so every step of your work is recognized.
- Work hand-in-hand with an interdisciplinary care team, patients, and families to build a caring and effective therapy experience.
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols, making safety a top priority for everyone.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping patients find their voice and improve their quality of life
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques
- Experienced in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Strong documentation and discharge planning abilities
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
- Clinical problem-solving and adaptability to meet patient needs
