Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekday call 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM and every other weekend call Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality general ultrasound examinations including abdomen and OB/GYN studies
Conduct breast biopsies and support interventional radiology procedures
Provide essential imaging support in the operating room and NICU settings
Collaborate closely with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
Transport patients when needed to support other modalities during low-volume periods
Maintain excellent documentation and communication with the care team

Qualifications

ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience with abdomen and/or OB/GYN imaging strongly preferred
Familiarity with neonatal head, kidney, and spine imaging
Comfortable performing breast imaging and procedures
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Skilled in operating Siemens Sequoia ultrasound equipment
Knowledge of Trophon probe cleaning protocols
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Ability to adapt to varying patient volumes and needs
