Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic monitoring with real-time training support
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians
Float to same-level MedSurg and PCU units while delivering consistent, patient-centered care
Champion hourly rounding and create meaningful connections with a culturally diverse patient population

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC certification preferred
Open to first-time travelers who are ready to learn and grow
Valid driver's license required at time of submission

Knowledge & Skills

Chemotherapy administration and oncology nursing expertise
Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring skills
EPIC EMR experience within the last 6 months is helpful but not required
Strong teamwork mindset and genuine passion for patient care
Ability to titrate insulin and cardizem drips as needed
