Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including general, wound, ortho, neuro, and debility patients
Deliver care in critical access hospital covering acute, observation, skilled, and wound care needs
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the unit needs support
Build meaningful connections with patients recovering from fractures, sports injuries, and more

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license
National PT license
BLS certification
IP/OP experience required
Wound care experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise across multiple care settings
Comfort treating general, wound, ortho, neuro, and debility diagnoses
Ability to work independently while supported by experienced colleagues
Strong communication and collaboration skills
