Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases in the emergency department
Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates starting at 32 weeks in our strong level 2 nursery
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, nebulizer treatments, and assist with conscious sedation and cardioversion
Support intubation procedures and deliver high-quality care across our inpatient units
Collaborate with a lead therapist on every shift and a 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency for 32 weeks and up
Ventilator management skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup using Respironics Lumis
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older
