Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in critical care nursing
- Proficiency with ventilators, drips, and monitoring equipment
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
