Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
Monitor critical vitals and respond quickly to changes in condition
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Previous ICU experience preferred – bring your critical thinking skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
