Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
• Administer medications and advanced cardiac life support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to complex cases
• Utilize critical thinking to respond to emergencies and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care and ICU nursing expertise
• Telemetry and ventilator management
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Advanced cardiac life support techniques
• Patient assessment and documentation
