Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply!
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities and interventions
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
