Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Assess and monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license
• RRT or CRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Pediatric experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of respiratory equipment, ventilators, and monitoring devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
