Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients across the unit
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and oxygen therapies as ordered
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans in collaboration with the team
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care techniques
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and support critical care needs

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• License and certificate verification required
• Completion of Trinity competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to pass health screenings and background checks
• Comfortable working 3x12 night shifts including every 3rd weekend

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
• Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
