Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, specialized care to critically ill children
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Support and educate families during challenging times
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers

Qualifications

Current RN license in Massachusetts
BLS and PALS certifications required
Minimum 1-2 years of PICU experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric critical care knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records
