Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document care accurately
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly
Ensure a safe and comforting environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
