Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care thoroughly and maintain compliance with facility policies
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• New graduates welcome - we value your fresh perspective
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care standards and evidence-based practice
• Medication administration and dosage calculation
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Team collaboration and interpersonal communication
• Time management and adaptability
