Shift Type: Per Diem, flexible shifts as needed, including days and possible weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and efficient procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and assist with positioning during surgery
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
Educate patients and families about surgical processes and post-operative care

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Ohio
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in pediatrics

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of surgical aseptic technique
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
