Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 10.5-hour shifts, various days and times as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room
Assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures
Monitor patient vitals and ensure a safe surgical environment
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver compassionate care
Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington state
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of OR experience preferred
Pediatric experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced situations
Commitment to providing family-centered care
