Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to neuro stepdown patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana (or compact state)
Minimum of 1-2 years of stepdown or ICU experience preferred
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro assessment and monitoring
Telemetry interpretation
Patient and family education
Team collaboration and adaptability
