Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients
Perform thorough assessments and develop timely nursing interventions
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient status and care activities clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families to support recovery and self-care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse licensure valid in California
Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse; MST experience preferred
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and adapting to per diem assignments
Strong clinical assessment and patient prioritization skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain promptly

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and clinical documentation
Proficient in safe medication administration and IV care
Able to use electronic medical records and standard clinical workflows
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
Calm under pressure and good at prioritizing competing patient needs
