Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an RN on the MST team
Assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and escalate concerns promptly
Support unit flow by responding to admissions, transfers, and discharges

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license (California)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS a plus if applicable
Clinical nursing experience; MST experience is a strong plus
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently on per diem assignments and integrate quickly with teams
Relevant immunizations and background checks per facility policy

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and patient assessment
Familiarity with medication administration and documentation standards
Comfortable using electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
