Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Respond quickly and confidently to a wide range of urgent medical situations
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of the unit

Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of recent emergency department experience
Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to work independently

Knowledge & Skills

Independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Self-motivated with excellent clinical judgment
Comfortable managing a variety of emergency cases from triage through discharge
Proficient with Meditech EMR and familiar with bedside monitoring
