Location: Canon City, Colorado

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 12-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for a wide variety of orthopedic patients
Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining your own patient caseload
Manage patient scheduling and ensure continuity of care in a supportive outpatient setting
Contribute to a positive team environment that has successfully transitioned travelers to full-time roles

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license required
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
Patient scheduling and care coordination
Working collaboratively with PTAs and rehab aides
