Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients
Develop individualized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Utilize the warm water therapy pool to enhance patient outcomes
Occasionally support acute inpatient needs when required
Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric and adult outpatient therapy techniques
Treatment of developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Patient evaluation and individualized care planning
Documentation and progress tracking
Flexibility to support occasional inpatient needs
