Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy care to patients across outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled settings
Evaluate and treat an average of eight patients daily with compassion and expertise
Collaborate with the care team to create meaningful rehabilitation plans
Support patients on their journey to recovery and improved mobility
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapy degree and current state licensure
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply with training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled care experience
Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
Flexibility to cover multiple care settings
Commitment to evidence-based practice
